Bible: We believe the Bible to be inspired by God, written by human authors with the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the Word of God, inerrant in the original writings and is the supreme and final authority in faith and life of a believer, beneficial for teaching, reproof, correction, and for training in righteousness. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Psalm 119:160)

God: We believe in the one living and true eternal God One God manifested in the three distinct personalities (persons), equal in power and authority, always in full agreement and harmony while performing unique roles among mankind. (John 17:3; John 1:1-4; John 1:1-4; John 17:3; Matthew 28:19)

Jesus: We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, the physical miracles He performed, His atoning death upon the Cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory at His second coming. (Matthew 1:22-23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5, 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14-15; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Romans 1:3-4; Acts 1:9-11; Philippians 2:5-11; 1 Timothy 6:14-15; Titus 2:13)

Holy Spirit:
We believe The Holy Spirit is a divine person, co-equal with the Father and the Son. He is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation.  He provides the Christian with the power for living, enables understanding of Biblical truth and guides them in righteous living.  He provides every Christian with spiritual gifts for service.  As Christians, we seek to live under His control daily. (2 Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13, 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 2:12, 3:16; Ephesians 1:13, 5:18; Galatians 5:25)

Repentance: We believe repentance is the work of the Holy Spirit upon the human heart through the gospel of Jesus Christ brings conviction, (an awareness and acknowledgement of sin against God and the need to confess that guilt with Godly sorrow).  It is the decision to turn away from sin to God (John 16:8–11; 2 Corinthians 7:10; John 3:3–8; Acts 2:42; Hebrews 9:28; Mark 1:15; Luke 13:3; Acts 3:19).

Salvation: We believe salvation is made possible though the sacrificial gift of God though his son Jesus Christ. One can obtain salvation by believing and accepting Jesus Christ as their personal saviour and confessing their sins to him. (John 3:16; John 5:24)

Divine Healing: We believe that divine healing is accomplished by the power of God without the aid of medicine or surgical skills. The healing of an individual can be experienced by the power of God in response to faith and prayer. While it is clear that God does not always heal instantaneously in response to all prayers for healing (whether of the individual or of someone else praying on behalf of an individual). We have a duty to continue to pray fervently for the sick, humbly leaving it in God’s hands to work His sovereign will. (Matthew 8:14–17; James 5:13–18; Acts 3:11–16).

Eternal life: We believe in, and that through belief in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, we spend eternity with the Lord in Heaven. We believe that in rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we receive eternal suffering in hell. (Matthew 25:31-46; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

Marriage: We believe God’s design for sexual intimacy is to be expressed only within the context of marriage. God instituted marriage between one man and one woman as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9)

Water Baptism: We believe Water baptism is the act of being immersed in water according to the commandment and instructions of Jesus Christ. This ordinance has no power to wash away sins but is the answer of a good conscience toward God and represents for the believer an identity with the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord.  It identifies us with His people in His kingdom. (Matthew 28:19;1 Peter 3:21; Romans 6:3–5 Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; 2:41; see also 10:47, 48 and 16:30–33).

Sanctification: We believe sanctification is an instantaneous and progressive work of God in which one is set apart for God and spans the entire life of the believer. It is an act whereby the old nature of the believer is cleansed enabling them to be free from the dominant rule of sin. Sanctification empowers us against sin’s control; the believer responds with a renewed mind to be transformed into the image of Christ: and to be holy in life and conduct. Believers who sin must repent and seek forgiveness through faith in the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 1:2; Romans 6:6; 1Corinthians 6:11; Ephesians 4:22–32. 2Peter 3:17 18; Romans 8:12, 13; Colossians 3:5.; Romans 12:1, 2; 2 Corinthians 7:1).

Holiness: We believe holiness is a command of our Lord: “Be ye holy; for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:14–16), the state of being free from sin (sin’s dominance) made possible by God’s sanctifying and cleansing work (Romans 6:11–14; 1 Corinthians 6:11; Titus 2:11, 12; Hebrews 12:14;1 Thessalonians 4:7;2 Corinthians 7:1; 1 Peter 2:9, 10).

Lord supper/Holy Communion: We believe the Lord’s Supper is a sacred ordinance that was instituted by our Lord. The Lord’s Supper is a symbol, memorial and proclamation of the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus Christ. The observance of the Lord’s Supper is a representation of our communion and fellowship with Him This ordinance of communion is to be participated in by believers until Christ’s return. (Luke 22:14–22; 1 Corinthians 11:23–25; Matthew 26:26-28).

The Gifts of the Holy Spirit: We believe the gifts of the Spirit are supernatural unique abilities given by God. Believers who are empowered by the Spirit are able to minister effectively and directly in particular situations. These gifts serve God for the common benefit of the Church, they edify and encourage God’s people
(1 Corinthians 12:8-10; Ephesians 4:7-13; Isaiah 11:2-3; 2 Peter 1:3; Romans 12:6).

Tithes and Giving: We believe tithing was divinely instituted by God under the old covenant and was compulsory upon the people who worshiped God. The first biblical record of tithing to God’s work began with Abraham who paid tithes to Melchisedec (priest of the High God) of the spoils from his battle with the kings (Genesis 14:1820) Tithing means to bring one-tenth of our increase into the treasury of the Church. The Church considers that the Scriptural obligation to tithe is a fulfill of giving to support the ministry including ministers, missionary and charity programs, thus the institution of tithing is for the full financial support of the ministry.
Giving of offerings differs from tithing and is done in addition to tithing. Both are part of God’s plan to finance His work on earth. (Genesis 14:18-20,28:22; Lev. 27:30-32; Numbers 18:26; Malachi 3:10; 1 Corinthians 9:11-14; 2 Cor. 9:6-12; Hebrews 7:4–10).

Second coming of Jesus Christ/Rapture: We believe the rapture is the imminent return of Jesus Christ in the air to receive to Himself His own, both the living who shall be transformed, and the dead in Christ who shall be resurrected (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; 1 Corinthians 15:51, 52).

Adornment: We believe the Christian’s use of adornment should be guided by the biblical principles of sobriety, modesty, submission, and self-discipline. While we do not dictate what one should wear, we do advise that one should dress in a manner that does not expose or draws attention to themselves (1 Timothy 2:8–10; 1 John 2:16, Acts 8:9; 13:6; 19:19; 1 Corinthians 6:19).
